This policy outlines RedKnows Group Limited’s commitment to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking within our operations and supply chains. We are dedicated to acting ethically, transparently, and with integrity in all our business relationships.
2. Our commitment
RedKnows Group Limited has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking. We are committed to ensuring that there is no involvement in such practices across any part of our business or supply chain.
We expect the same high standards from all our suppliers, contractors, and partners.
3. Scope
This policy applies to all employees, contractors, consultants, suppliers, and other third parties working with or on behalf of RedKnows Limited.
4. Our approach
To uphold this commitment, we will:
- Conduct appropriate due diligence on suppliers where relevant.
- Require suppliers and partners to comply with all applicable laws, including the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
- Include anti-slavery and human trafficking clauses in supplier agreements where appropriate.
- Ensure all employees have the right to work in the UK and are paid at least the National Minimum Wage.
- Encourage openness and support anyone who raises genuine concerns related to modern slavery.
- Review our internal practices regularly to identify and mitigate any potential risks.
5. Reporting concerns
Employees or third parties can raise concerns about any issue or suspicion of modern slavery through our whistleblowing procedure. Reports will be treated in confidence and fully investigated.
6. Training and awareness
Training on recognising and preventing modern slavery risks is available to all relevant employees, particularly those involved in procurement, recruitment, or supplier management.
7. Responsibility
Overall responsibility for ensuring compliance with this policy lies with Trace Loffman (Head of Operations).
All employees are expected to read, understand, and comply with this policy as part of their role at RedKnows Group Limited.
8. Review
This policy will be reviewed annually by senior management to ensure it remains up to date, effective, and in line with best practice.
