A brand refresh, new website, content, and collateral to give this leading recruitment brand the presence it deserves
At Niyaa People, we are focussed on two critical components. Firstly, recruiting best in class Trainees and Recruitment Consultants to ensure we hit our target of 60 heads, £25m turnover, and awarding winning aspirations, and secondly to ensure our brand, our value proposition, and our marketing reflects our company culture, growth, and the success that we want to be famous for.
In line with this, we needed to appoint a Project Manager to lead the development of our new website and overall company rebrand, as well as putting in place a strategy to inspire, train and develop our Marketing Executive.
Therefore, this was a critical appointment. We had to ensure the company we appointed understood our requirements, our exceptionally high standards, and most importantly “got us” as a business.
Redknows lived up to and surpassed our expectations. Pragmatic and considered in their approach, we could tell early on that we were in very good hands.
Post-launch, our websites statistics, and conversion in the opening three months have been exceptional, so to say we are pleased is an understatement. Marketing is now a part of our P&L and growth targets, and we can track, measure and improve everything that we do.
We have since extended our relationship with Redknows, and we see Neil as our external “Marketing Director” who now supports us with a detailed training program to ensure our Marketing Executive becomes our Marketing Manager, provides a structured budget and ROI dashboard for our marketing, and gives us best in class advice as to what we should be doing to ensure we achieve our headcount and award winning targets.
