We’re finalists in the IHR In-House Recruitment Awards! 🎉

That’s right folks, Team RedKnows has been shortlisted in not one, but TWO categories:
Recruitment Marketing Solution and Employer Brand Agency.

This is due to the great work the team delivered for two of our In-House clients in 2023.

Recruitment Marketing Solution:

One project included a high-volume, blue-collar recruitment campaign for a global company with operations in Manufacturing, Logistics, and consultancy in Operational Excellence. The client had identified the need for 1000 new heads to form a local workforce based on geographic locations and travel times… and they turned to RedKnows to get the job done.

Our focus was to inform, educate, and entertain an external audience of prospective candidates about considering a career at this fantastic company. The brand may not have been on their radar before, and potential employees weren’t aware of the range of job types, opportunities, or employee diversity within the organisation. Our mission was to change that and attract top-quality talent to the vacancies.

All of the channel activity was directed at a brand new, fully optimised and site-specific recruitment microsite, which RedKnows created, designed and built in partnership with the client’s existing IT supplier.

In August 2023, we reached the target number of applications five months ahead of schedule (projected completion was January 2024). This resulted in a 1072% increase in job applications from the previous year.

Employer Brand Agency:

For the second project, RedKnows partnered with a a global Industrial Engineering brand, to deliver and implement their new Employee Value Proposition (EVP) in the UK.

The client’s goals were to reduce attrition in their UK workforce, attract quality candidates from a more diverse background, and to align their recruitment strategy with the values and purpose of the business.

In the first four months after the EVP had been created and implemented company-wide, the client saw the following results:

• 40% increase in applications per role.

• £230,982 estimated saving over recruitment agency delivery.

All of us at RedKnows are incredibly proud to be recognised for the hard work and brilliant results we have achieved for our In-House clients.
