Cadent is the largest gas distribution network in the UK, delivering gas to 11 million homes and businesses throughout the North West, West Midlands, East Midlands, South Yorkshire, East of England and North London.

“We need 96 Gas Engineers recruited who have CCN1 qualifications and live within a 10-mile radius of five specific London regional postcodes. They need to be in place in eight weeks.”

The solution

Targeted digital display ads focused on individual profiles, locations and insights. The campaign was delivered over four weeks, and incorporated skyscrapers, banners and MPUs across media, blogs, social media and other segmented web sources, with on going optimisation to reduce spend, and full tracking and analytics.
