Our client, Collins McNicholas’ Recruitment & HR Services Group, connects companies across Ireland with top talent by delivering innovative recruitment and HR solutions that support growth, drive success, and meet the evolving needs of diverse sectors.

The challenge

Collins McNicholas came to us facing a clear challenge: how to attract new clients and boost qualified traffic to their website.

Their existing SEO efforts were not fully optimised to reach the right audience or convert search visibility into meaningful leads.

The goal was to create a clear, actionable roadmap that could strengthen their digital presence, increase visibility in search engines, and ultimately generate more enquiries from prospective clients through professional SEO services tailored to their business objectives.

The solution

Initially we carried out a free MOT for the client. This is a complimentary marketing audit designed to provide a high-level overview of their SEO performance, and strategic opportunities for improvement.

Collins McNicholas were so impressed with the MOT output they requested we complete a full 360 Deep Dive.

We were then able to complete additional research, including competitor analysis and develop a tailored SEO strategy focusing on attracting the right audience through sector-specific and location-based pages, ensuring the approach was both targeted and sustainable.

Our professional SEO services included implementing the strategy, on-page optimisation, content refinement, and technical improvements to strengthen site structure and enhance user experience over a period of 6 months. We provided ongoing monthly reporting, tracking key performance metrics, monitoring progress, and making adjustments where needed to keep performance on track.

The results achieved during this phase were so strong that the project was extended for a further six months – demonstrating the lasting impact of our professional SEO services in driving measurable growth and long-term online success.
