Engaging clients & candidates through two new websites, SEO, and Email Marketing to deliver an ROI of 41:1.

The brief

Hunter Gatherer are an NHS Framework approved specialist healthcare recruitment agency. The company is split into two specialist divisions:

AHP, which is dedicated to the provision of Allied Health Professionals,
MH, which provides Mental Health and Nursing Professionals.

The challenge

Create two new websites that are easier to navigate, and build their SEO up to get maximum traction and ROI as early as possible.

Complement the website launches with a Social Media and Email Marketing strategy to drive clients and candidates to the new sites.

Target return on investment ratio of 4:1 for every pound spend with us.

The solution

We built two new websites in six weeks from start to go live, on WordPress with an API integration to Bullhorn CRM.

We devised, created and implemented a targeted SEO strategy for both brands, using our own tools and knowledge to identify quick wins versus competitors and user behaviour for the two sectors.

We created and tested a Social Media strategy for six months, A/B testing different designs and call to action messages to identify the best performing versions for both brands before pushing activity to the best performing activity.

This was accompanied by an Email Marketing strategy to engage clients and candidates, and drive conversions on the new websites.

We integrated the Google For Jobs schema so that both brands’ jobs featured highly on Google from day one, featuring their brand and a link to their websites, allowing them to own the entire candidate journey.

We carried out Train-The-Trainer sessions with the Head of marketing on Personal Brand, which was then cascaded to all recruitment teams across the Hunter Gatherer group.
