ERIKS are a specialised Industrial Service Provider offering a wide range of engineering components, technical services and customisation solutions to all areas of industry around the UK and across Europe.

The company has over 200 locations in the UK and employs nearly 15,000 people.

From helping companies cut their CO2 emissions, to keeping global food manufacturers moving at pace, ERIKS partner with some of the best known brands around and help them make a tangible difference.

The challenge

“We need an EVP so we can reduce employee attrition, reposition and drive our recruitment activity internally and externally, and save budget over the next 6 months.”

The solution

In partnership with the UK and Ireland team we defined and delivered a bespoke EVP for ERIKS in the UK, “Be Part Of Something Special” and launched it internally and externally.

The delivery channels included online and offline launch campaigns, video content, and organic and paid social media campaigns.

We also delivered a groundbreaking 360-degree virtual reality campaign, focused on keeping new successful applicants engaged with the brand between their offer date and start date.
