The brief

Unipart are a supply chain solutions and performance improvement technologies partner that has grown into a global company with operations in manufacturing, and logistics, a well as offering consultancy in operational excellence.

The business has 8,000 employees making it one of the largest privately run businesses in its sector.

The challenge

“We need to recruit 1000 new heads on various shift patterns over the next 12 months.

They will operate from a brand-new site that hasn’t been built yet and we are competing with Amazon in the local area.”

The solution

We created organic and paid social media campaigns delivered over dedicated and newly created channels based on target audience demographics and interests.

We trained internal ‘Brand Ambassadors’ in the new division of the business to tell their stories online in an authentic and relatable way.

We devised and implemented an SEO strategy and helped develop and build a new careers microsite which was focused on engagement and conversion.

We created twelve pieces of video content featuring real team members telling great stories and sharing their experiences.
